v3.78
Elara has grown in many places since version 3.1. Here are the highlights up to version 3.78.
Elara is now on Apple Watch too: heart rate, medication, rest, and meditation right on your wrist.
Set your own heart-rate reminder and see how much time you spend above that value; the watch vibrates when you cross it, like a personal alarm. You choose the value yourself — Elara does not turn it into a medically determined exertion limit. Heart rate and HRV can also be measured with the phone camera or a Polar chest strap.
Polar and Samsung Health can now be connected. From Visible, Elara imports HRV, resting heart rate, and crash days via CSV export.
Capture acute moments and crash episodes and review them in the crash history. The emergency pass holds diagnoses, medication, and allergies, also as a PDF.
Menstrual cycle, mood, and voice notes add to your entries. DSQ-PEM, DSQ-SF, Bell score, and COMPASS-31 now sit alongside FUNCAP-27 in the app.
Weekly reports summarize recent days, and the health report turns your longer history into a PDF for appointments.
v3.1
With version 3.1, Elara becomes significantly stronger in core everyday areas: nutrition, journal, symptoms, activity, vital data, and meditation have all been comprehensively expanded and more closely interwoven. The focus of this update is on structuring inputs more clearly and presenting personal history more consistently.
With an extended food database, new detail views, improved portion logic, and additional nutrient displays, nutrition is integrated far more deeply into Elara. Meal tracking has also been fundamentally redesigned with more meaningful trend and history views.
Daily summaries, better history displays, and clearer input flows help capture daily health data faster and more consistently. The app guides users better through their day, making it clearer what has already been recorded.
Symptom input has been modernized, daily statistics are more robustly organized, and activity overviews are presented more clearly. This makes it easier to view complaints, exertion, and recovery in context.
New categories, a revised setup flow, improved session controls, and more comprehensive audio settings make the area more flexible and polished. The experience feels more structured, higher quality, and individually customizable.
Displays for temperature, HRV, and other health metrics have been revised and made more consistent. Timeline views for PEM, exertion, and recovery have also been refined.
3.1 lays important technical groundwork for Health Insights and AI-powered analysis: better data foundations, more consistent models, and a more stable base for smarter analyses in the next update.
Elara Health is continuously being developed. Updates are rolled out gradually.
