Polar H10

Chest-strap heart rate sensor that, according to the manufacturer, measures heart rate electrically (ECG-based), transmits via Bluetooth and ANT+ and lasts up to 400 hours on one battery. Product information is taken from the official manufacturer page; configuration and availability can change.

• Put on when needed, e.g. for walks or everyday activities, and sends heart rate to a paired watch or app.
• The manufacturer states it can also be paired with devices and apps from other brands.

Good to know

• The strap has to sit snugly against the skin; putting it on takes some effort and not everyone finds it comfortable for long periods.
• No display: readings are only visible on a paired device or in an app. The manufacturer offers two strap sizes (XS–S, M–XXL).
• Heart rate readings from sports sensors are not medical measurements.
