Samsung Galaxy Ring

Titanium smart ring that, according to the manufacturer, tracks sleep, activity and heart rate and calculates a daily energy score from them; up to 7 days of battery life. Product information is taken from the official manufacturer page; configuration and availability can change.

• Worn on the finger day and night; data is reviewed in the Samsung Health app.
• The manufacturer lists alerts when you have been inactive for a while or your heart rate fluctuates.

Good to know

• According to the manufacturer it only works with a Samsung Galaxy smartphone (Android 11 or later), the Samsung Health app and a Samsung account.
• No display; the manufacturer offers a sizing kit to determine ring size beforehand.
• The energy score is a manufacturer algorithm, not a medical measurement.

How the values come about

• We read every review against our community rules – first reviews before they go live, later ones afterwards.
• We cannot verify whether someone actually used the product.
• Averages and the distribution appear from the first rating – always with the number of ratings next to them.
• Reviews from employees of a provider are shown but not included in any value.
• Products received free of charge are labelled on the review.
